Networks effectively cover delta areas

Parliament has been informed that villages in the delta are mainly covered by the be Mobile and Orange communication towers.
Responding to a parliamentary question on December 9, the Minister of Transport and Communications, Mr Tshenolo Mabeo said there were no challenges with the communication networks provided by both operators in the delta area.
He said the only report of failure was in February this year, which was resolved after four days; since then, both operators had reported healthy operations in the area. He said villages in the delta area covered by these operators had full service.
Ngami MP, Mr Thato Kwerepe had asked if the minister was aware that the communication towers for be Mobile, Orange and Mascom had long stopped servicing the people in the Delta.
