BCL employs 46 temporary workers

BCL mine employs on average 46 employees on a temporary basis per year, says the Minister of Minerals, Energy and Water Resources, Mr Kitso Mokaila in Parliament on December 8.
Mr Mokaila said the jobs ranged from workman (labour), plant attendants, cleaners to casuals, adding that such work was generally for unskilled and semi-skilled positions.
MP for Selebi Phikwe, Mr Dithapelo Keorapetse had asked the minister to state on average the number of people employed by BCL Mine on temporary basis each year, the type of jobs they did and whether they were unskilled, semi-skilled or skilled. ENDS
