TobaneTshokwe bridge not in NDP 10

The Minister of Transport and Communications, Mr Tshenolo Mabeo has told Parliament that the construction of Tobane-Tshokwe Bridge is not in the National Development Plan (NDP 10).
Mr Mabeo said his ministry did not have funds to construct the bridge, adding that the design and construction of the bridge would be considered for inclusion in future development plans subject to availability of funds.
Member of Parliament for Mmadinare, Mr Kefentse Mzwinila, had wanted to know when a bridge would be constructed over the Molabe River on the road connecting Tobane and Tshokwe villages as the road was usually closed during rainy seasons because vehicles could not cross the flowing Molabe River.
