The Assistant Minister of Local Government and Rural Development, Mr France van der Westhuizen says he is aware that two classrooms and one classroom at Tsogang and Tsholofelo Primary Schools, respectively, in Gaborone North constituency have potholes in the floors and leaking roofs.

Responding to a question in Parliament from Gaborone North MP, Mr Haskins Nkaigwa, Mr van der Westhuizen said the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development, through Gaborone City Council, planned to repair both floors and seal roofs before the end of the current financial year 2014/15.

Mr Nkaigwa had wanted to know if Mr van der Westhuizen was aware that most of the classrooms at Tsogang and Tsholofelo Primary Schools in Gaborone North constituency had potholes and were leaking from roofs and what plans were in place to address the challenges. ENDS
