Benefits case before courts of law

The Assistant Minister for Presidential Affairs and Public Administration, Mr Phillip Makgalemele has told Parliament that the matter concerning the benefits enjoyed by the two former vice presidents and where these benefits were stipulated in the books of law is pending before the courts as case number CVHGB 002309/14.
Therefore, he said he was not at liberty to respond to MP for Francistown South, Mr Wynter Mmolotsi’s question as the matter was sub-judice. ENDS
