178 temporary teachers in Ngamiland

There are 110 and 68 temporary teachers engaged in primary schools and junior secondary schools respectively in Ngamiland, the Assistant Minister of Education and Skills Development, Dr Unity Dow, has said.
Responding to a question in parliament from Okavango MP Mr Bagalatia Arone, Dr Dow said, regarding Chobe, the figures for temporary teachers were five and six for primary schools and secondary schools, respectively.
Mr Arone had wanted to know how many temporary teachers were currently engaged in all Primary and Junior Secondary Schools in the Ngamiland and Chobe districts, respectively. ENDS
