The Ministry of Education and Skills Development through the Department of Technical and Vocational Education Training (DTVET) will, on November 7, hold the 12^th joint graduation ceremony in Mahalapye for brigades and technical colleges.

According to a press release, the ceremony to be held under the theme: TVET:An Effective Step towards Economic Diversification, will see 2 161 students from 37 brigades and technical being awarded certificates and diplomas.

“The number includes graduants with special needs (hearing impairment) and they are from 40 different vocations across a broad range of job related skills,” it stated.

The release further stated that German Ambassador to Botswana, Mr Rolf Ulrich will be the guest speaker while ministry officials as well as different key players were expected to grace the event. ENDS
