Enterprising businesswoman feeds the masses

An aroma of tea and bread greeted some early voters who left their homes at 4am to beat the long queues to cast their votes at Makolojwane Community Hall today, thanks to one enterprising woman, Ms Kakanyo Ramotlhala.
Ms Ramotlhala, aged 54 and Ipelegeng beneficiary said in an interview that she had used her remuneration to purchase stock to cook the food.
She was serving tea and bread for breakfast while for lunch she provided bogobe jwa lerotse and other delicacies.
Ms Ramotlhala said money raised from food sold, would be used to pay for her son’s school fees.
She said she knew that the elderly and the sick would need something to eat since some of them had left their homes in the early hours so that they could cast their votes as early as possible. Ends
