Tafic redeem themselves

A sole, 83rd minute goal by Obonye Moswate against Mogoditshane Fighters helped Tafic redeem themselves from the humiliation of their second round loss against Motlakase and their draw against Miscellaneous.
In the be Mobile Premier League game played at the Francistown stadium March 5, Mogoditshane Fighters were only a shadow of themselves.
The 'Samba boys' did not make any attempts at the goal and throughout the game they only had about two corner kicks which were also off target.
Their coach, Enos Mmesi was of the view that his team lost the game psychologically as they underrated their opponent and they lost focus of the game when Tafic started to mount pressure on them.
“My players were not focused at all and thought that as they were coming from a 5-1 and 3-1 win in a row in their previous games, their game against Tafic was going to be a walkover, hence it shocked them,” said the disappointed coach.
Meanwhile Tafic coach, Dominic Changwe observed that his team was still struggling at the striker department. However he said he continued to work with the boys to improve.
He nonetheless said he was hopeful that their new signings of three foreign players - two midfielders and a striker would bring some life into his team. ENDS
