SA postpones childrens travelling requirements

South Africa has postponed children travelling requirements toJune next year.
A news release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation stated that the postponed requirements included unabridged birth certificate of the child reflecting particulars of the parents as well as written consent from the parents/legal guardians.
The public was therefore encouraged to ascertain that all required documents were in place to ensure compliance by June 1, 2015. Meanwhile, the South Africa’s enacted Immigration Amendment Act of 2007 and Immigration Amendment Act of 2011 was postponed about twice since May 2014. ENDS
