Minister of Health, Dr John Seakgosing says government is committed to providing quality health services to all citizens
Speaking during the hand-over ceremony of over P100 000 donation to S’brana Psychiatric hospital, Dr Seakgosing said a significant amount of resources had been invested in health care, adding that his ministry’s vision was to be a model of excellence in quality health service.
Dr Seakgosing said the ministry had implemented some strategic goals that would help promote and provide comprehensive preventative, curative and rehabilitative quality health care to the nation.

He applauded S’brana Psychiatric Hospital advisory committee through their patron in their fundraising drive to complement efforts of the government in providing quality health care.
Dr Seakgosing applauded the gestures set out by the donors which included Messrs Farouk Ismail, Abdul Latif Shaikh, Mohammed-Afzel Tajbhai and Supa Cars (PTY) Ltd.
He said the country’s vision 2016 pillar of being a compassionate, just and caring nation could be achieved through mutual social responsibility and full participation of all stakeholders.
In his welcome remarks, the hospital superintendent, Dr Mpho Thula said the hospital was faced with the challenge to provide required services. All the donors were given certificates of appreciation. ENDS
