InnoLead Consulting, a local citizen owned management consultancy company has recorded remarkable growth for the financial year 2013/2014.

Senior Project Management Consultant of Innolead, Ms Koketso Tlhaselo said at the company, celebration dinner in Gaborone recently that the company’s expectations and objectives were achieved and exceeded.

Thus, she said the company found it necessary to take a moment to appreciate this major milestone and give the praise and recognition for this success to the people that made it possible.

“The management found it necessary to reflect and celebrate the successful year as well as to honor the company employees for their tireless efforts to achieve and even exceed their set goals and objectives,” she said.

Operations Manager and Senior Consultant at Innolead, Mr Chilipi Mogasha explained that they initially thought the targets were unrealistic considering the size of the company.

He said the company managed to achieve these targets through the attaining of the right talent, and the commitment of staff to their work and clients.
Company consultant, Mr Coetzee Bester toasted to the company’s success and commended Managing Director, Mr Oabona Kgengwenyane for his vision, leadership, and perseverance.

“Achieving 10 milestones is definitely something worth celebrating and I would like to congratulate Innolead on having done so. This is a company that has vision, drive and commitment,” he said.
