Mr Ram said the reading corner was made possible by numerous stakeholders such as the hospital management who were willing and happy to work with them to share this vision.
He said the management also dedicated a space towards the project and also applauded some partners and suppliers who came on board to ensure success of the project.
Mr Ram noted that the reading corner was managed by the university, whereby one of their staff members, Ms Onkutule Madande visited three times a week.
The reading corner currently has over 300 books, some tables and chairs, educational posters, puzzles and toys, and Mr Ram said they look forward to increasing the provided materials in future.
