New Start Life Style Medical Group has urged Batswana to take better care of themselves through natural healing methods that are a blue print to perfect health. 

Speaking at the New Start Life Style convention, co-founder Mr Thomas Tase said they were giving Batswana a chance to improve the quality of their lives and make a significant improvement to their health and well-being.

 “This is an initiative that we are bringing to the citizens of Botswana to give them a better way of life and an alternative way of healing that is natural and in no way as toxic as some of the medication that is used to stabilise and cure a variety of diseases,” he said. 

New Start is a non- profit organisation that provides a fresh start to basic health practices that will be beneficial to people who cannot afford the costs of modern medicine or do not have access to appropriate medication, he said.  

The organisation says they demonstrate and teach a tried, tested and trusted medical breakthrough that has been changing the health of nations for years. 

“The natural methods of medication that we teach have been around way longer than modern medicine. We tend to forget that modern medicine has been around for only a few years and in most cases modern medicine can be more harmful than the disease that it is treating.’ 

Mr Thomas’ partner, Mr Mobai Gaogomotswe added that people needed to be masters of their own health and that they should become more aware of what they put into their bodies.

“We have a serious problem in our hands because most of the food we eat is processed and we need to take control of our health physically, mentally and spiritually,” he said.

Furthermore, he said their core message was that everything started with individuals and that they work on eight principles which include nutrition, exercise, water, sunlight, temperance, air, and trust in God. ENDS
