Speaking at training workshop in Mochudi on Wednesday, Ms Samapipi said the district was not doing well in delivering service to people.

She said for the district to perform well, all the structures should be functioning to coordinate and implement government programmes and initiatives.

She further said all public servants should be hands on in their mandate so that an ordinary Motswana would stand to benefit. She said committees should be effective in order to produce positive results, adding that programmes should be delivered on time and according to schedule.

Ms Samapipi said attitude in work played a pivotal role in service delivery and encouraged officers to share resources. Furthermore, she encouraged them to understand their terms of reference so that they work knowing what is expected from them. ENDS
