Education ministry undergoes transformation

The Ministry of Education and Skills Development is undergoing a transformation, which will result in rationalisation of the teacher education delivery and upgrading of the current levels to degrees.
The Assistant Minister of Education and Skills Development, Mr Patrick Masimolole said in Parliament that the old Lobatse College of Education premises had been planned to become a BOCODOL campus.
He said in consultation with relevant stakeholders, the education transformation exercise would be from April this year to March 2014.
Lobatse Member of Parliament, Mr Nehemiah Modubule had wanted to know what the old Lobatse College of Education premises will be used for. ENDS
