Botswana has one constitution

Minister of Defence, Justice and Security, Mr Dikgakgamatso Seretse says there is only one written and applicable constitution.
He was responding to Maun West MP’s question, Mr Tawana Moremi who had asked the minister to state the legal position regarding judgement of Howie JA (Civil Appeal No. CACLB-036-10) in regard to ‘unpublished’ versus ‘published’ versions of the Constitution of Botswana.
Mr Seretse said the case mentioned did not in any way give rights to a possible amendment of the constitution. ENDS
