One case of attack reported

Parliament has been informed that over the past two years, there has been only one incident involving an attack on a student travelling to school.
Answering a question in Parliament from MP for Francistown West, Dr Habaudi Hubona, Minister of Defence, Justice and Security, Mr Dikgakgamatso Seretse said investigations on the incident had been completed and the case was registered at Francistown Magistrate Court.
Dr Hubona had asked the minister to state the number of cases reported to the police stations in Francistown over the past two years that involved attacks on students especially from Francistown secondary school travelling to and from school from Gerald Estates through the Gerald/Kgaphamadi road.
