New statutory forms underway

The availability of the statutory forms in the Ministry of Labour and Home Affairs in both official languages is underway, Parliament has been informed.
Minister of Labour and Home Affairs, Mr Edwin Batshu said the forms would be introduced under the wider e-government programme and computerisation of critical functions (e-id) project to facilitate uptake of the on-line service in his ministry.
Member of Parliament for Kgatleng East, Mr Isaac Mabiletsa had asked the minister to state when he would consider printing application forms such as citizenship/passport and other statutory forms commonly used within his ministry in both official languages of English and Setswana. Ends
