MoH develops draft medical records policy

The Ministry of Health has developed a draft medical records policy, which would be completed during the 2014/15 financial year.
The Minister of Health, Dr John Seakgosing said a task force had been established to coordinate the development of the draft policy.
Furthermore, he stated that consultations with key stakeholders at implementation level had been completed and their input was being incorporated into the draft document before it was circulated to policy makers for review and approval.
