48 gardens operational in Boteti

Ninety-six backyard gardens have been completed of which 48 were operational in the Boteti Sub-district.
The Minister for Presidential Affairs and Public Administration, Mr Mokgweetsi Masisi said the other 48 projects were non-operational owing to awaiting water connection by Water Utilities Corporation.
He said all the 48 operational projects were successful and none of them had collapsed in the sub-district. T
he Member of Parliament for Boteti North, Mr Slumber Tsogwane had asked the minister to provide a comprehensive update on poverty eradication initiatives in the Boteti Sub-district with particular reference to backyard gardening and to further state the number of successful cases and those that collapsed.
