Mr Mogotsi said they saw it fit to assist the village with building a community hall. He said the hall would be the gathering place for different groups for various functions and activities. He said it could also be used to generate income for the village.

He said construction would commence early next year, adding that villagers would benefit as some would be employed to build the hall. Mr Mogotsi said they have engaged a contractor for the job.

He said there would be a binding policy for those who would be engaged to ensure that the project was completed on time. He encourage all to be employed for the construction of the community hall, saying their desire was to see the hall complete and benefiting the community of Kalamare. However, Mr Mogotsi said not everybody in the village who was unemployed would be hired, but said they would be given first priority as villagers. ENDS
