Bogosi Act regulations incomplete

The Bogosi Act regulations were drafted by the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development officials.
This was said by local government and rural development minister, Mr Peter Siele in response to a question from Selebi Phikwe West MP, Mr Gilson Saleshando in Parliament.
However, Mr Siele said the regulations were not yet complete, as they were still being processed in consultation with relevant stakeholders. Mr Saleshando had asked the minister to state the names of persons assigned to draft the regulations as required by Section 28 of the Bogosi Act and whether the assignment had been completed. ENDS
